While our team understands that you may have a childcare conflict, it is not permitted to bring your child to your appointment. This is a policy set in place due to insurance and our Medical Advisor. No exceptions will be made. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment should your child(ren) come with you to Eau Claire Body Care. Thank you for your understanding.
Spa guests under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian prior to any treatment.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if it is your first visit per business. Paperwork is required prior to any new treatment.
In order to remain on schedule for all of our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late to your appointment. The regular service price will apply. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your schedule appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.
Please provide a 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We will charge the card on file 50% of the service fee you were scheduled for if this notice is not provided.
Please provide a 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel for the following appointments: Permanent Cosmetics, Scalp Micropigmentation and Collagen PIN. For appointments requiring a deposit, if a 48 hour notice is not provide, the deposit will be forfeited.
Our providers work hard to help achieve your desired results. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted.
We offer complimentary coffee, tea, carbonated and non carbonated water upon arrival. We strive to maintain a clean and professional environment for our clients. We ask that no food or meals are brought to the spa.
Gift cards are available in any dollar amount. Gift cards are sold for each business located inside of Eau Claire Body Care.
